What does it Cost?
The program is FREE (no catch!) because Our Team believes these lessons are priceless and we are on a mission to make a difference.
Who is it for?
It is designed the Program for active kids between the ages 8-12 years old, though anybody can play....and win! No matter if your kids are on a sports team or not, they can simply create their own “Team” with friends and family.
Can older kids do the Program?
Yes of course! Our oldest Warrior to-date is 79 years old! Warrior Ben speaks to a younger audience, however the principles apply to all ages.
Why do you  focus on the Sports Community?
Sports teams have an instant support system and structure for positive change. Athletic kids burn a lot of energy and need to know how they can fuel their body properly. Plus they are super motivated to do what it takes to improve at their sport - so we thought they may actually pay attention to this education!
What is the Program philosophies?

  •  Common sense principles that apply to all eating styles.
  •   Basics that impact energy production and athletic performance.
  •  Encourages a playful and positive way to approach making changes.
  •  Encourages a “willing attitude” to try new things.
  •  Encourage kids to help their friends form healthy habits, share recipes and tips.
Is the Program a special diet, food plan or what ?

  •  It is not a diet.
  •  It is not a food plan.
  •  It is not a specific ideology about food and nutrition.
  •  It's not a list of "don't eats" and "bad things" never to touch.
  •  It does not involve measuring food or counting calories.
  •  It does not encourage perfection - instead focuses on efforts.
How are the Lessons Delivered?
After registering for one of the Levels, the Lessons and Warrior Tools are emailed on the Program start date. Each Lesson is a short video delivered by email - one per day for six days. Parents receive the emails and can watch the videos with their family on the computer, tablets or cell phones!
Who keeps track of the Challenge Points?
The kids keep track and add up their points daily on the "Tracker". They give it to their team's Warrior UP Coach once a week.
What if 4 weeks seems too long for a Challenge?
You decide what is best and customize it to fit your Warriors. Make it realistic for your Team taking into consideration their age and attention span.  Some Teams change it up a bit by doing Level 1 for 2 weeks and Level 2 for the next 2 weeks. We feel it's important to track your habits for at least 21 days in order to form a habit. This is why the program is designed around a 4 week period.
Do we have to do Level 2 in a certain time frame?
You decide if and when is the best time. Level 1 & Level 2 combine over eight weeks of practice to help kids build awareness and new habits that may serve them for many years. We encourage participants to do both levels within 2-6 months to continue helping the Warriors build their nutritional muscles and awareness. Your Warrior's age and activity schedule will determine what is the best timing.
How does the Team get introduced to the Program?
When someone registers as a Team Coordinator or your "Warrior UP Coach", they will receive an introduction email that can be forwarded to your entire team roster. This will explain the program and invite everyone to register individually.

Do the Warriors get anything for completing the Program?
The program is designed to have Grad gifts (awareness bracelets and t-shirts). However, prizes or not, the Warriors will be emailed a "Certificate of Rocking it" for Level 1 and a "Certificate of Graduation" for Level 2.
Can we repeat the Levels?
Yes! We love this idea. Especially because having a refresher at a later date will only reinforce the Lessons and habits even more. All you have to do is come back to the website and register again for a new start date.
How do I explain the Program to a potential Sponsor?
Contact us for a Sponsor Letter template. This will explain the Program and the process to order Grad gifts (the T-shirts). We will help coordinate the orders and have their logo printed on the back of the t-shirts.
Can I be an Ambassador if I am no longer competing?
Yes! If you have been an elite Athlete in the past and kids look up to you for this, we want you on our Ambassador Team!
