 Here is a step by step plan to help you organize your Team and Program.
1. Choose the start date 
    Share the Program with your teammates by emailing our website to get registered. Get the parents inspired to watch their kids shift their habits and start asking for healthy foods on their own!
  •  Determine the best time to start Level 1 or Level 2 and register to get the Lessons emailed over the next 6 days! REGISTER HERE.
  •  Decide how long of a Challenge your Team will do and when you should start.
  •  Once you have agreed on a start date selected for Level 1 or Level 2 - come back and Register!   
2. Choose a Warrior UP Coach
    These are usually parents who will serve as great organizers and energizers to keep the momentum going during the Program and Challenge.  
  •  Choose more than one enthusiastic, health minded people to share the roll. 
  •  The Warrior UP Coaches are the ones who keep the kids accountable, ensuring they hand in their weekly Trackers. They total the points, share the results, give recognition and reward them for hitting their goals.
3. Choose how to reward your Warriors 
    Think of fun ways to reward them for their healthy efforts! Here are some things to consider to create the most impactful program so the Lessons stick.
  •  Will you reward them as a team or individually or both? The goal is to have the kids support each other. We recommend setting a team goal for the 4-Week Challenge and totaling the points of all players. This gets the kids encouraging each other! You can even make the reward a fun team bonding event that everyone will love.
  •  Will you create a visual way for the team to share the stats? The more visible the progress, the more motivated Warriors are. For example, one team set a weekly goal per player and if they reached it, they got a sticker on a scoreboard they had fun making. (they brought it to their weekly practices during their Challenge) 
  •  Will you give weekly prizes? We recommend this to keep the motivation at it's peak. You can set a weekly goal and if they reach it, their name gets entered into a draw for a weekly prize. This also encourages kids to participate and hand in there Tracker on time. 
  •  Will you have a grand prize? The team who had weekly draws for prizes also had a grand prize draw on the 4th week for Warriors who reached their goal every week. 
  •  Will you have a Sponsor? We find that local businesses love to support the kids and provide the Warrior UP Grad gifts or donate some weekly prizes. It also gets them recognized in the community and gives them a chance to earn your business. 
  •  Will you give Warrior UP Grad gifts? The program is designed to reward the Warriors with a cool "awareness bracelet" for Level 1 and an even cooler Warrior Up To Win T-shirt for Level 2. The vision is that a team Sponsor could purchase these and have their logo on the T-shirts! .
  • Will you have a Warrior Up-in-the-Kitchen party?  This can also be an excuse for a fun team bonding event. Contact us to connect with Health Experts in your area who would love to be your special guest and co-host this event for your kids. 
Once you've registered:
  •  Like and follow us on Facebook or Instagram for ongoing tips and Warrior encouragement! You can also join our private facebook group. We would love to hear from you and see you inspiring others by posting your nutritional wins, tips and recipes your kids love! 
  •  Once you've completed Level 1, come on back for Level 2 (or feel free to do Level 1 again)! 
  •  Last but not least - please spread the word and pay this gift forward by challenging another Team to take on Warrior UP To Win!
