Warrior UP To Win is about making NUTRITION a fun thing to learn. It is so much easier to learn healthy habits as a kid, instead of later. We want kids to start NOW!

Teaching simple building-blocks thru short, playful videos, this Program is designed to entertain, as well as educate. Oriented towards 8-12 year-olds playing a sport, it's (truthfully) for kids of all ages and types, whether playing a sport or not.

We encourage the kids to "Bring their Warrior Spirit!" no matter who they are. Simply, play and learn and win by watching the daily videos during the first week, then taking on the 4-Week Challenge. This is where the kids take what they've learned in the lessons and get points for taking action.

We believe the magic of the Program lives in kid's playing and applying what they've learned during the four-weeks of The Challenge. Lessons are lessons. But making a game out of applying those lessons is where new habits are formed  (".....For this season - and maybe, for life," as Warrior Ben says).
