A. How to Prep for The Challenge

It begins Sunday. We want you to start strong!

1. Print or Save your Warrior Tools (below) – so you can easily reference and highlight them

2. Review the Lesson Summaries – good nutrition nuggets to use and remember when playing The Challenge

3. Shop for groceries with the Warrior Food Lists – helps to know what to buy and try some new foods

4. Get familiar with your Tracker – learn how you can earn points and play the game

B. How to do The Challenge

1. Choose your personal weekly goal and the Team’s goal for the week – write them on your Tracker.

2. Check the box on the Tracker for each “Healthy Habit” you conquered that day – see how close to 10 you can get.

3. Total your points for the day – 1 point for each check-mark you earned.

4. Total your points for the week (Sunday thru Saturday) – compare it with your goal.

5. Share your Tracker weekly – on Sunday, give it to your Warrior UP Coach and/or Team.
(Choose the best way to share it – take a picture, email, text or share it on a private facebook page.)

6. Encourage your Teammates to eat smart, earn points & WIN as a TEAM!


BTW – If your Team is giving prizes for your Challenge, they will let you know the details on how to win them!
