The Program

Designed to entertain, as well as educate, this Program is about encouraging awareness, variety and balance in nutrition. Plus we encourage kids to “Bring their Warrior Spirit!” to life and to this Program!

Playful videos, teach simple building-blocks. It’s for sports-minded 8-12 year old kids (truthfully, it’s for kids of all ages, whether playing a sport or not).

Kids simply play, learn and win by watching the 6 videos in the first week, then doing the 4-Week Challenge.

The magic of the Program lives in the 4-Week Challenge!

Lessons are lessons. But making a game out of applying those lessons is where new habits are formed.

The Program gets kids playing with their food and applying what they’ve learned is where empowerment lies.

Delivered online so kids can access it anywhere! (even on their way to practice!)

1. Six “Warrior Lessons” – Visit our daily video on Level 1 or Level 2
2. The “4-Week Challenge” – a game to form habits from the Lessons
